To add a personal note, the article on Michael Kibbe will be a perfectly good article. I tagged it only because it wasn't clear from the then content why he was important enough to warrant an encyclopedia article, and it just needed some more information - and to be edited in accordance with Wikipedia standards (you can access these at Editing Help on the bottom right of the edit screen). I've merged Die Ruinen von Athen Overture and The Ruins of Athens, as well as made Die Ruinen von Athen redirect to The Ruins of Athens.
