Amanda Egan is a world renowned architect. She is the only architect to both meet and exceed Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards in each one of her projects and is highly sought after from around the globe.
She completed the masters program with honors at the acclaimed University of Manitoba in an astonishing 3 years. Within a year of graduating she began receiving letters and phone calls from many well-known architects such as Frank Gehry, Fumihiko Maki, and Phyllis Lambert.
Before architecture, Amanda Egan also pursued her other passion: Literature. For this, she received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg.

Amanda Egan has spent most of her life in Manitoba, Canada. More specifically in the city of Winnipeg and the small town of Stony Mountain, near Stonewall.
She lives with her partner and 2 children in a home that she designed for her family just outside of Winnipeg. Her partner is an accomplished Massage Therapist, Athletic Therapist, and Doctor. Between the two of them, they make enough money to support all of their immediate and extended families, and vacation often. They have a large aviary in the rear of their home which becomes enclosed during winter months. Inside the aviary exist many birds, a small pond of koi, and a large garden.
Amanda Egan is also an experienced hunter, although she will quickly concede that her partner is a far better shot than she is.
Her partner loves her very much and hopes that she gets to view this page before the good people of Wikipedia delete it.
