[edit] Deletion Proposal

"It is proposed that this article be deleted, because of the following concern: NN. Alexa traffic rank of 1,154,607, 5 unique Ghits."

Why is deletion being proposed? Please elaborate on your reason. What is the traffic rank referring to--this particular page? What is a Ghit?? Why should an Alexa ranking determine what is in Wikipedia and what is not, regardless?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Iw (talkcontribs)

Well Cfred put it better than I did ..this is a minor and non-notable syndicated radio program. You can always take the prod tag out of the page if you wish to contest it. BJK 18:02, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
In addition to the show itself, the Crap From The Past Archives (complete with immaculate documentation) have become what is probably the largest free online collection of pop music from the late 70s thru early 90s. Many of these recordings will never make it to iTunes & the like. This is notable--do not be fooled by the glib naming of the program.  ;) Will emphasize this in the article and remove the deletion proposal. Iw 19:08, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
