I seem to recall that Craigievar was a project initiated by the Mortimer family who then ran out of cash whereon the Sempill-Forbes took it over to create the castle we know today. Al 11:59, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

i know this part. i mean over a really older structure. eg 13th to 14th century. cheers. Anlace 12:35, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
