Agree. Someone who knows about inner city history shoudl expand this article. It is a must needed article for city history.

[edit] drug house?

Maybe this should be moved to an article like drug house as today the predominant drug co-habitators seems to be addicted to meth, i.e. meth houses. 67.5.157.82 (talk) 21:47, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

still, crack house is part of our lexicon, where drug house is not. there are no rules at crack houses or shooting galleries as far as what you can smoke or shoot up, as long as you pay the house to stay there and do your junk and keep the business coming.
