"Crawling in the Dark" was the first single from Hoobastank's major studio self titled debut, Hoobastank. it was released as a single on April 2, 2002. The song reached #3 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart and #7 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. This song was also featured in a commercial advertising Mountain Dew soda.
