Craven Council election, 2008

Elections to Craven Council in North Yorkshire, England were held on 1 May 2008. One third of the council was up for election and the council stayed under no overall control.
The Conservative party were one seat short of gaining overall control of the council winning 8 of the 9 seats they required. They made the only gain of the election, taking Skipton East from the Liberal Democrats.[1]
