Craugastor raniformis is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Colombia, Panama, and possibly Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
