Cranbourne South is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Casey.
In the past few years the urban growth boundary was moved along Pearcedale and Browns Road, placing a large area of the suburb inside the future main growth area. Two large scale housing developments, Botanic Ridge and Settlers' Run Estate, have since received approval in the area.
The suburb has a small primary school, a petrol station and a general store.
