[edit] Career highlights

Boyce is one of the most experienced riders in speedway. He made his debut for the Poole Pirates in 1988 and has also had spells with the Oxford Cheetahs, Swindon Robins, King's Lynn Stars, Ipswich Witches and the Isle of Wight Islanders. Craig Boyce also runs his own speedway engine tuning company.

In 1996, Boyce was involved in a notorious incident with Tomasz Gollob during the 1995 British Grand Prix at Hackney. After Boyce and Gollob were involved in a crash, he walked up to Gollob and punched him to the ground, landing the punch cleanly through the grill of his crash helmet. Video footage can be seen here.

In November 2007, Boyce announced his retirement from racing.[3]

[edit] World Final Appearances

Boyce won the bronze medal at the 1994 World Championship final after losing out in a race-off for first place with Tony Rickardsson and Hans Nielsen.
