Chongqing bridge sculpture.
Representing one of the four seasons (Miss Spring or Miss Fall), this sculpture is about three times life size.
Formed and welded stainless steel sheet mounted on mild steel armature. The use of this technique is seen in many places in modern China, being used to embelish freeway ramps in the Beijing region.
Originally proposed as a nude, that was thought likely to be too distracting to motorists, perhaps leading to accidents, hence the (damp) T-shirt.
