CPView showing Precipitation (blue/green blobs), Pressure (contour lines), clouds (grey), Snow and Ice (white), and Temperature (colours).
Many other different views and graphs are possible.
The website says "CPView is freeware and can be downloaded from the CPView page" [1]
So now CPDN allow any use of its data, CPView is freeware, I, Christopher Randles, ran the model and created the image and have given up all rights accruing to me.
The tags below are therefore probably wrong again.
This is a screenshot of copyrighted computer software, and the copyright for its contents is most likely held by the author(s) or the company that created the software. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots:

Non-free / fair use media rationale for Climateprediction.net | |
---|---|
Description |
Software is for display of data produced by climateprediction.net. Software is available for free download. Image created by me Chistopher Randles and I give up all right to this image as far as I can. |
Source |
Data:Climateprediction.net, image software including source code: http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~sykesm/cpview.html actual model run by Christopher Randles |
Article | |

Low resolution? |

Purpose of use |
Demonstrate ability of participants in the climateprediction.net experiment to see what is happening with their climate model if they want to investigate using add on software like CPView. This furthers the purpose of an article to explain the climateprediction.net experiment. Extra eye catching image is rather incidental. |
Replaceable? |
Anyone can download their own Climateprediction.net model, the CPView software create their own image and upload a replacement image. If they can write a better fair view rationale and/or create a more pleasing image, they are invited to do so. |
Other information | CPView including source code is available for free. The only known restriction is that images should be attributed. This automatically happens as can be seen on the image. Therefore no-one should edit out the Text which says Created with CPView: http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~sykesm/cpview.html |
