[edit] ==University of Aberdeen==

Can I ask why you revised Aberdeen to Infobox University? It now lists the Principal as the Vice-Chancellor - no Scottish Vice=Chancellor has executive authority - that is held as Principal (university) which now means someone has to navigate from Vice-Chancellor to Principal to find out about the chief executive of a Scottish University. [edit] Missing universities

Thanks for your awesome continued work at the Missing Colleges and universities! It's really nice to have another editor I don't have to look over the shoulder of when I see edits to the page! I wish I had more wikitime to help you out, but I didn't want to neglect encouraging and thanking you for you edits. --Reflex Reaction (talk)• 16:14, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

While you are pruning the lists, you may want to leave reasons why the University is remaining on the list. This way the remaining articles can be organized by the type of work that needs to be done with them. Check out Page 2 Of course if you don't feel like it, I will follow-up after your pruning. Thanks again! --Reflex Reaction (talk)• 21:38, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bowie State University

Most of the state university systems (California State University, University of California, Florida's system), have a standard infobox scheme and that is what I created for University System of Maryland schools. Now, if you want to put the school list back at the bottom and out of the infobox, I would not object. But the standard infobox on a per-system basis appears to be the common case. -James Howard (talk/web) 00:35, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

If your intent is to redo all of the schools and remove any custom system-specific infoboxes, I remove my objection. Good luck, there's a lot to it. -James Howard (talk/web) 14:26, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Redirects to nonexistent articles

Hello. I noticed that you redirected Universidad Tecnologica de la Mixteca to Mixteca University of Technology. If you are going to create a redirect, make sure it points to an article that exists. If you plan to create the article, please do it before you create the redirect. Redirects to non-existent pages are candidates for speedy deletion, as stated here. Thanks for your work. --Joel7687 18:57, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] University of Nottingham

I placed the image there becuase it looks much better and states the name just as the template says to do. It looks completely out of place where you put it and mind you many universities have the official image of the name placed there instead of boring ariel font which is already present three times in the opening paragraph of the article; it is redundant and looks ugly. If you want to change my edits you can start by doing something worthwhile like filling in the missing parts of the infobox instead of ruining it. Try finding the endowment of the school or the mascot or school colors; something that will actually add to the page. 152.2.157.131 17:06, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] UNC-CH

I would suggest you work on the pages you have listed on your user page instead of being a template Nazi- try working on pages that don't even have an infobox yet instead of messing with people's hard work...you didn't even check over your edit on UNC-CH or you would have realized you f'ed up the whole page- go look at what your edit made the page look like. Work on something of value instead of ruining good pages. ArchonMeld 02:16, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

Touche. Now we should work togehter to help out university pages that are severely lacking content and infoboxes like ETH Zurich and fix ones that are out of date like London School of Economics and Political Science and University College London. ArchonMeld 13:49, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

Please feel free to ask my any questions about templates. -- Usgnus 19:18, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] CEGEP/college organization

Welcome aboard.  ;) You should add your name to the bottom of the participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject Education in Canada. --Stephane Charette 19:14, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:AUILogo.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:AUILogo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
