[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Sos&s logo.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:Sos&s logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by an adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: "Jossi, Chicken Wing has mis-informed you. I am participating in Good Faith edits on the articles I am involved with. I am being harrassed by Chicken Wing who refuses to discuss edits on the talk pages, makes wholesale deletions and reverts of my Good Faith edits(along with his tag team partner Okiefromokla, and then when asked to "play well with others" resorts to filing complaints rather than working out differences on the talk pages. He violates many of the rules of participation on this site and sets up these edit wars by reverting the content repeatedly and then reporting the issue out of context to make it appear that he has "clean hands" when in fact he is instigating these problems. If you will note the changes I made were documented and in Good Faith. most of them have been allowed to stand as is, or with modifications. Many of the items edited were unsourced, misrepresenting what was said in the source, or slanted the article away from NPOV. Up to now I have chosen to ignore his tactics and continue to participate as a "team player" willing to work with anyone to make for better quality editing but he has decided that he will have the articles he wants slanted his way and refuses to be a "team player". I will admit that he has spent large amounts of time learning how to manipulate the Wikipedia process while I have not. I prefer to "play well with others" and get along. In every case where I have had disagreements with other editors we have worked out our differences and contribute in a positive way except for this one that refuses to get along. If this is allowed to stand I will start to file complaints for every policy that Chicken Wing is violating and pursue harrassment complaints against him. --Coz (talk) 16:28, 22 May 2008 (UTC)"
