Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."
You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page.
- Thanks for your message; please remember to sign your messages on talk pages with 4 tildes ~~~~, so that we know where to respond without having to look it up. As the notice above says, at Wikipedia, we cannot accept copies of material that is under copyright to other people. The article in the form in which it was deleted was such a copy from the group's website ([1]). If you would like to contribute an article on this group, you need to write it in your own words, not copying or paraphrasing the website. Also, articles need to show the notability of the subject, so you should be expected to provide references such as books about the group or articles in reliable sources (major newspapers are a good example) about the group and its activities. The page Wikipedia:Guide to writing better articles may help; it's a style guide. Good luck. Carlossuarez46 18:17, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
