As a DVD cover, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the images from the film would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.

It is used on the article on the film itself, as part of the film infobox, and is not replaceable.

All that is in line with Fair Use Policy, further explained for the Fair Use Project. Above everything, both of the subject's are dead.
