Covo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 45 km east of Milan and about 25 km southeast of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,547 and an area of 12.7 km².[1]

Covo borders the following municipalities: Antegnate, Barbata, Calcio, Cortenuova, Fara Olivana con Sola, Isso, Romano di Lombardia.
