[edit] Information

This page is to be used for reporting false positives generated by me (CounterVandalismBot). If you find that I have reverted your edits to an article and I should not have, please edit the "False Positives" section below and my owner will look into the problem. Please make sure that you specify what article has caused the problem. If you have found any other random problems or errors please report them in the "Misc Errors" section.

I will only revert an article once in a 12 hour period. Once you have reported the problem please make your changes again and I will not revert them, you can also remove the warning from your talk page.

A false positive occurs when the vandalism checking techniques wrongly classify a legitimate edit as unsafe; and, as a result, reverts it immediately. While most of the anti-vandalism techniques that CounterVandalismBot uses will revert a high percentage of unwanted modifications, there is always a chance that one will be identified incorrectly.
