Declined Per the Flag of Serbia article: By adoption of the new Constitution of Serbia on November 8 2006, its usage became constitutionally sanctioned (along with the coat of arms and anthem), and the state and national (popular) flag were equalized.. Therefore, as of 2008 the current image is the correct image to use in this template.

Please replace it again with Image:National flag of Serbia.svg. It has been a misunderstanding as the wrong file was deleted. This national flag is still in use as civil flag and not in period 2004-2006 as the wrong title implies. --Avala (talk) 17:07, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
I agree. The Image:National flag of Serbia.svg should be used instead of current misinterpretation (National flag of Serbia 2004-2006.svg). The National flag of Serbia.svg is still in use. -- Imbris (talk) 20:55, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
