This macro is used as part of a table showing county information; it is a special for Virginia. See the category below for more details. Virginia has independent cities and counties.

Usage:

Num= the three digit FIPS code number for a county in Virginia

Name= name of the county (or city)

Optional

Type= should be nulled if a city

Map= should be 'city' if not a county
