Per WP:V, Wikipedia articles cannot include unsourced or approximated population estimates. All population figures need to be quoted directly from the most recent Statistics Canada census. If you want this article to include a population figure, then go to StatsCan's census website and extract the correct data for the individual census tract that Courtice is in.
