[edit] Renaming

The project's name is Courier Mail Server, according to its home page, and, as explained in this article, it provides a full complement of mail-server software, of which IMAP is just one part. Therefore, I'm taking the liberty of renaming the article from Courier IMAP to Courier Mail Server. Rwxrwxrwx 09:25, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Features list?

Can we have a basic features list such as the following? - Supports subfolders/folder hierarchies - Supports ACLs - Supports which mail box formats (maildir, mbox, maildir++, etc) - Supports which sources of authentication - etc.

[edit] Contest Deletion

Hasn't Courier been around a long, long time? And is open source? As a history of email type article it should not be deleted. As mentioned Courier is one flavor of IMAP. Perhaps links to the other prevalent flavors would spare the article? Unmisunderstood 04:53, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

I'm removing the speedy for now, but please update the article to fix its tone and explain its significance. Shell babelfish 05:14, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
