[edit] NPOV

This page seems to suffer from some NPOV problems, particularly the criticisms section. Perhaps somebody can find an attributable source to the criticisms (such as the Contra Costa Times or other media outlet)? Otherwise I think that the section should probably be deleted (this isn't to say that the criticisms aren't necessarily valid, just that in their current form they aren't appropriate for an encyclopedia). Someone has done some good research and cleaned up the NPOV on the criticisms section. There looks to be more good info in the report cited about lack of ridership and limited routes, etc. that could still be cited. I think that the second para about the routes is just the editor's opinion and should be removed w/o further reference. That fact that the two routes take longer really does not provide that the route is "not well planned out" just that it stops at several more places and takes ten minutes longer. --Tinned Elk 01:23, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
