Does the phrase first cousin twice removed refer to both:

• my great-grandmother's nephew, and
• my first cousin's grandson?

I would have thought they would be given different titles as they're so far apart on the family tree. --ML5 (talk) 11:35, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
