Why is this map by country rather than by actual location? It is very strange to see a map saying that it snows regularly in San Diego. -Branddobbe 22:40, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

Uganda and DR Congo both have glaciers and rwanda has peaks more than 4500 metres high,while it does snow occaisoinally on mount cameroon aswell
