Courtney Lorraine Barnas (born June 16, 1987) is a beauty queen from Calumet City, Illinois who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007.[1]

Barnas, a resident of Mesa, Arizona, won the Miss Arizona USA 2007 title in a state pageant held at the Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday 1 October 2006. She won the competition in her first attempt at the title and was crowning by outgoing titleholder Brenna Sakas of Chandler.

Barnas represented Arizona in the Miss USA 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California on March 23, 2007.[2]

Barnas is a 2005 graduate of Red Mountain High School and studies Mass Communications at Arizona State University.
