County Route 690 is a county highway located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. It lies entirely within Old Bridge Township.

A part of Texas Road, CR 690 begins at County Route 520 and extends east to the Monmouth County border. Texas Road extends east into Monmouth County as a township road.
