County Route 649 is a county highway in Cumberland County, New Jersey. The highway extends 8.09 miles from CR 553 in Port Norris east to CR 670 in Mauricetown. The eastern end of CR 649 encompasses the Mauricetown Bypass, a two lane super 2 expressway around Mauricetown (complete with rumble strips on the shoulders). Only one driveway exists on the highway and that is for a State Police Complex.
