County Route 646 is a county highway in Atlantic County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is 7.68 miles (12.36 km) long. Its western terminus is the Black Horse Pike (US 322/US 40) in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Its eastern terminus is the White Horse Pike (US 30) in Absecon, New Jersey at a grade-separated interchange that is currently being redone. It intersects the Atlantic City Expressway at milepost 1.93. The name of the road is Delilah Road.
