County Route 645 (Middlesex County, New Jersey)

County Route 645 is a county highway located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. It lies entirely within Old Bridge Township.

CR 645 begins at CR 516 and extends north along Amboy Road to NJ 34.

CR 645 was the original portion of CR 689.In the 1990s CR 689 was extended to include other routes, namely Morristown Road, Cliffwood Avenue, Matawan Road and Laurence Parkway.
A more recent renumbering created CR 645 out of the Amboy Road portion of Cr 689.
