County Route 641 is a 1.24 mile long county highway within Vernon Township in Sussex County, New Jersey, more commonly known as Drew Mountain Road. For years it was signed as an east/west road but was resigned as north/south. At its southeast terminus, it connects to County Route 517; the locally-maintained roadway continues straight as Drew Road. Its northwest terminus connects to County Route 565. The road is steep and has many curves. Its speed limit is 35 mph.
