County Route 636 is a county highway in Ocean County, New Jersey. The highway extends 5.65 miles from CR 527 to the Monmouth County border entirely within Jackson Townshipl. The road however has become victim to the housing that has exploded in the area and often becomes congested in certain spots. The highway runs east-west along Bennetts Mills Road, but turns briefly into Aldrich Road before terminating at the Monmouth County border. The highway remains unsigned except for a single intersection signal at Cooksbridge Road.
