County Route 618 is a county highway in Cape May County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The route is the designation of Indian Trail Road, which runs from New Jersey Route 47 east to U.S. Route 9 in Middle Twp.. Past US 9, the route becomes New Jersey Route 147, which continues east into North Wildwood.
