County Route 603 is a county highway in Cape May County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The route runs from County Route 626 in Lower Township north to New Jersey Route 47 in Middle Township. It follows Jonathan Hoffman Road from CR 626 along the north bank of the Cape May Canal. It then turns north on Bayshore Road and crosses U.S. Route 9 in North Cape May. It then heads north, passing through Villas, and then enters Middle Township where it ends at NJ 47.
