County Route 571, abbreviated CR 571, is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 44.06 miles from Route 37 in Toms River Township to Route 27 in the Borough of Princeton.

The road generally has a normal speed limit of 50 MPH with a single broken yellow line, and 40 MPH at reduced speed. There is a double solid yellow line before the railroad crossing as a safety precaution in both directions.
