County Route 545, abbreviated CR 545, is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 14.76 miles from Lakehurst Road (CR 530) in Pemberton Township to Park Avenue in Bordentown. There is a 3.38 mile stretch from Pemberton Boulevard at the Pemberton/New Hanover border to Rexall Avenue in Wrightstown that is permanently closed to the general public because of security restrictions in Fort Dix and McGuire AFB. The road travels through the following municipalities at the specified mileposts (from south to north):
- 00.00-01.53: Pemberton Township (Burlington County) (public access ends at Pemberton Boulevard at MP 1.53)
- 01.53-04.83: New Hanover Township (Fort Dix, permanently closed to the general public)
- 04.83-05.29: Wrightstown (public access resumes at MP 4.91)
- 05.29-05.94: North Hanover Township
- 05.94-07.01: Springfield Township
- 07.01-07.76: Chesterfield Township
- 07.76-09.17: Mansfield Township
- 09.17-12.54: Chesterfield
