County Route 45 is a county highway in Monmouth County, New Jersey which is entirely within Aberdeen Township.

CR 45 is a short segment of Church Street running from the Henry Hudson Trail on the west to County Bridge MA - 6 over Gravelly Brook on the east, a distance of 0.13 mile. There is no junction with any county highway or state highway; the only junction is with Water Street, a minor township road. Church Street continues as a municipal road east and west of CR 45.
