County Route 100 is an east-west county road located entirely within Mahwah, New Jersey. The entire route is known as West Ramapo Road, and is widely used as a shortcut between downtown Mahwah and Ramapo College.

Starting out at the junction at US Route 202, County Route 100 makes a brief eastbound journey before reaching the intersection with New Jersey State Route 17. Within a short distance, this route comes to an end at Franklin Turnpike.
