County Road 427A (CR 427A), formerly State Road 427A (SR 427A), is a county highway in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, United States. It is a short route, running along 27th Street from U.S. Highway 17/U.S. Highway 92 (SR 15/SR 600) east to County Road 425. The road never touches its "parent", County Road 427.
As SR 427A, the route once continued east from CR 425 (then SR 425) on Airport Boulevard to Mellonville Avenue at the Orlando Sanford International Airport.[2]
