County Road 213, formerly State Road 213,^[1] and locally known as the Old MiddleBurg Rd for much of its route, runs mostly in a southwest to northeast direction from Oakleaf to Jacksonville.

Beginning At Argyle Forest Blvd, Heading northeast along Old Middleburg Rd S. into Jacksonville, Until 103rd Street SR 134, End Old Middleburg south , State Road 134 & Hidden State Road 213 then heading due east until Old Middleburg north , then once again heads north then northeast into Jacksonville . passing Wilson Blvd SR 208 then interecting with Lenox Ave & CR 213 heads east then north on Lenox Ave . Passing, Lane Ave SR 103 intersecting Nornmandy Blvd SR 228& Lakeshore Blvd at a 3 way & then Cassat Ave SR 111 intersecting with Interstate 10 SR 8, moving north above I-10 heading due east until ending at McDuff Ave SR 129.
