Country Cookin is a Roanoke, Virginia-based chain of casual dining restaurants featuring homestyle cooking with 16 locations throughout Virginia, mostly in Southwest Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, and the U.S. 29 corridor. For lunch and dinner, patrons typically order a meat entree such as steak or chicken which also includes a choice of french fries or a baked potato. Ordering the entree also entitles the patron to make unlimited trips to the "Country Favorites Bar," a buffet which has other vegetables, a salad bar, soups, freshly baked bread, and desserts. Patrons may also dine from the Country Favorites Bar only without ordering a meat entree. Most locations also have a breakfast buffet on weekends.
