Counter-missionary is a term used mainly but not exclusively to describe Jewish organizations who seek to prevent Jews from converting to Christianity as well as seeking to bring Jews back to the faith after they have converted. These groups can be found within all Jewish denominations.
Prominent English-language counter missionaries include Rabbi Tovia Singer, founder of Outreach Judaism, New York based talk-show host Yishai Fleisher, and Boston based educator Shmuel Silberman.
