Coumpa

In cooking, Coumpa is a potato dumpling made with shredded potatoes and barley flour. It is a popular Norwegian dish. Koumpa is also known as Klub. You can use flour or oatmeal in place of barley flour.

White Potatoes, such as the Russet potato, flour and salt. The mixture is thick and sticky and is formed into a ball and then boiled in salt water. a small piece of salted lamb meat may be placed in the center.
