If the article was about just the council then it would be Bournemouth Borough Council. But as the article is about the borough as a whole it is Bournemouth (borough). For example, Milton Keynes (borough). David 19:53, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

Alternatively, the parts of the article about the borough itself should be returned to the Bournemouth page and then a Bournemouth Borough Council page would then replace the Bournemouth (borough) page, though it would not include, for example, the pink infobox. David 20:00, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
