It certainly wasn't meant to be an advertisement, I have nothing to gain. (The band no longer exists anyway.) I wanted to show how their rise to success happened, with Noel Gallagher and Oasis being so impressed, show the accolades from the press, and indicate their notability. It seems that if I write an article about a band without expressing such notability, someone comes along and marks the article for speedy deletion with the comment "not notable". I appreciate the quotes on who says they're a good band (they're better than weasely claims like "Cotton Mather is considered a great band."), but there's no substance to the article beyond those quotes. Look at GA and FA band articles or even lesser rated articles like Oasis (band) for ideas on what additional info could fit here. --Flex (talk/contribs) 02:15, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
