Though this image, CosmicChristmas-Nelvana-1977.png, is protected by U.S and Canadian copyright, I (Slgr@ndson (page - messages - contribs)) deem it fair use in the Nelvana article for the following reasons:
- It is of a lower resolution than the original content, and copies made from this will be of a much more inderior quality.
- No free use images are available for this special.
- It is a picture of a scene from one of Nelvana's earliest works.
- It is also used to illustrate a historical part of the studio's legacy.
- The screenshot is used for informative purposes only, and will not detract from Nelvana's efforts to distribute the special in any way.
