Costigliole d'Asti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 km southeast of Turin and about 13 km south of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,963 and an area of 36.9 km².[1]

The municipality of Costigliole d'Asti contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Annunziata, Boglietto, Bionzo, Burio, Case Marchisio, Loreto, Motta, Sant'Anna, Santa Margherita, and Sabbionassi.

Costigliole d'Asti borders the following municipalities: Agliano Terme, Antignano, Calosso, Castagnole delle Lanze, Castiglione Tinella, Govone, Isola d'Asti, Montegrosso d'Asti, and San Martino Alfieri.
