Cosmo Gang the Puzzle is an arcade game that was released by Namco in 1992 . An adaptation of the game featuring Pac-Man characters was released in 1993 called Pac-Attack.
[edit] Introduction
Different combinations of blocks mixed with Cosmo Gangers fall from the top to bottom of the screen. The object is to stack up the blocks to form a complete row causing that row to disappear. To accomplish this a ball must be used to eliminate the Cosmo Gangers that stack up to block your progress.
[edit] Gameplay
The gameplay is similar to that of Tetris, except there are Cosmo Gangers that have to be eliminated before it is possible to form complete rows. The speed of the game increases as blocks approach the top of the screen, and the game is over when the blocks reach the top.
