Cosmin Tilinca (born 01 August 1980 in Turda, Cluj County) is a Romanian footballer currently under contract for Gloria Bistriţa. Tilinca began football at his hometown club Sticla Arieşul Turda. During the summer of 2002 he moved to CFR Cluj, where he played until 2007.
In 2005, Tilinca was called up to the Romanian national team, but he never got to play due to an injury. Additionally he played in the 2005 Intertoto Cup, when he was the competition's top goalscorer with seven goals.
