Can you confirm where you got Image:Alfred rosenberg 1933.jpg exactly? You said that it was From the book "Myth of the Master Race" by Cecil. Is that the book cover (the copyright tag {{bookcover}} is appropriate then) or this is from a part of the book, which may make it copyrighted? Even assuming that only people "people with little understanding of science would consider it" falsifiable, then we have to accomodate people with little understanding of science. I would dispute the suggestion in any case. Weak agnosticism acknowledges falsifiability, for example, (I don't know, but I could know). I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
